Must cancel 24 hours before appointment to get deposit back. After the 24 hour mark the deposit will be non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule your previous appointment and fail to show to the rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. Late fees will occur after 5 minute mark. If you are 5 minutes late there will be a $5 late fee. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee. If you are 15 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee. After 20 minute mark the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be non-refundable. You will be charged the full $45 as a no-show/no-contact fee. You will not be able to rebook if you are a no-call no-show.
